Elise

Élise (°1991) began her professional dance training at the age of 14 with the artistic humanities course at the Académie Grétry in Fragnée. She continued her education at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp, under the direction of Iris Bouche. After graduating in 2012, she started working as a freelance dancer and worked with various companies all over the world, including Company NOI, Company Sombo, Caminante, Chris Masters Dance, BAIRA | MVMNT PHLSPHY, No Borders Project, and Magamat. In 2017 Élise created and performed her first solo project GASP at the Théatre Marni in Brussels. Currently, she is working on her second solo performance Ici commence la mer in residence at Maison de la Création in Brussels. Next to her work as an artist and a dancer, Élise also teaches contemporary dance in several schools in Brussels and at the Athénée Royal in Fragnée.
